Jennifer Knowles

Jennifer played her 5 years of club ball with Blaze as a middle player.  Her powerful attack and blocking ability contributed to Blaze's bronze medal finish in the 20U Provincials in her final year.  For her efforts, Jennifer was awarded the OVA Award of Excellence.  Jenn was a student at Sheridan college in the Education Programme, her goal is to work with children with autism or as an educational assistant in primary education.  And she hopes to coach volleyball at the high school or college level in the future.

In September 2009, Jenn continued her studies at Mohawk College, and played for the Mohawk Lady Mountaineers - who captured the OCAA Bronze Medal for the 2009 - 2010 season.  During the 2009 - 2010 season, Jenn was named the Most Valuable Player for Mohawk, was named Mohawk Female Athlete of the Year and received the OCAA and CCAA All Academic.
